Primary responsibilities:
The creation of a new loft space necessitated the design of a stairs to access it in a very confined space. After research and numerous design iterations it was decided to design a custom metal "ship's ladder" style stair.
The design also created a threshold space between the living space, daughter's bedroom, and bathroom.
A minimal palette of materials for the new kitchen and bathrooms.
